Research on Network Performance Comprehensive Evaluation Based on Dynamic Weight

To solve the problem that invariable weight can′t describe the effect of index values on weights, a dynamic weighting method of "invariable + variable" was presented.According the variety of indexes, weights were calculated respectively using CRITIC (Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation) and the impulsing variable weight.The two weighting methods were compared by computing the value of network performance comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the dynamic weighting method can reflect the effect of varying indexes on the weights and the network performance more exactly, so the evaluation is more reasonable.
